    7-Day Replacement Guarantee

    We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, we will replace it free of charge.

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number) is required.
    • Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage by the customer, or water damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective on arrival).
    • Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear beyond initial inspection.
    • Mobile covers and screen protectors once opened from sealed packaging.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Step 1: Contact our support team via WhatsApp at 0332-2323567 or email roomistores@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Step 2: Provide your order number and a clear photo/video showing the issue with the product.
    • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide you on next steps.
    • Step 4: Once approved, ship the product back to us (we will arrange free pickup for eligible orders within Karachi). For other cities, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
    • Step 5: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement within 2-3 business days.

    Refund Policy

    If a replacement is not available for your product, we will offer you a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa). COD orders will be refunded through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

    Damaged During Shipping

    If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please do not accept the package from the courier and contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement without any additional charges.
