• All products listed on Roomi Store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Promotional offers, discounts, and sale prices are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa as payment methods.
• Roomi Store reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Order confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp and email upon successful placement.

4. Warranty

All products sold by Roomi Store come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications. To claim warranty, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
